About the event
Friday, August 1st, 2025: 7th Annual fundraiser event for United Way of Cattaraugus County. Age classes from Teen (12 and Under, 13-14, 15-16, 17-19) to over 70 for both men and women (20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+, 70+.
Bench Press weight is dependent on age and gender, see TICKETS.
One mile timed run from Eade Fitness 24/7 to Four Mile Brewery. (Along Union Street, through JCC campus, underneath East State Bridge on walk/run/bike trail, onto Adams Street to Brewery. Every bench press repetition counts for 3.5 seconds.
Total amount deducted from timed run for final score. (Ex. 20 repetitions = 70 seconds; for a 8 minute run final score would be (8x60)-70= 410 seconds or 6 minutes 50 seconds). Awards for 1st place.
ALSO - "Couple" category's for 1 Male Lifter and 1 Female Runner or Male Runner and 1 Female Lifter.
